a. Products Eligible for Refund: Easy Airdrop 12 months or early subscriptions
b. Valid Reasons for Refund: We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Product or service is defective or not as described
- The service remains completely unused, with no portion of it consumed or accessed, meaning:
Users who have purchased a subscription and they did not enter/change any information in the task manager are eligible for a full refund within 7 days from the date of purchase, subject to our standard refund policy.
c. Time Limit for Refund Requests: Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.

No Refund Criteria
Cases where a refund will not be issued include, but are not limited to:
Users who have purchased a subscription and have used Easy Airdrop service or products.

b. Refund Approval: If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process.
c. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the token and blockchain of our choice, to the corresponding amount in USD paid

Digital Products or Services: Refunds for digital products or services may take 7 days to process.
